Notarial Acts
Per Montana Law (MCA 1-5-626(4), we are required to post what we charge for Notarial Acts.Notarial Acts
$10 for the first notarial act on a page
$5 for each additional notarial act per page
$10 for Credible Witness Oath
Per the Montana Secretary of State: A notarial act = per notarized signature, if there's a document with 2 people signing on a page that a notary must sign and stamp, that is 2 notarial acts. Upon reviewing the documents, we will inform you if any adjustments are necessary.

These fees are not regulated by Montana law and may vary depending on your location and/or service requested. Please contact one of our notaries for more information. Additional Fees
Service Fee (Mobile Notary, within 20 miles of Sun Prairie, MT); Varies depending on your location. Covers round-trip time & mileage.
Technology Fee (Virtual Notary); this fee is how we cover the costs involved with performing your Virtual Notarizations.
All fees will be acknowledged and agreed to by both parties. Please let us know if you have any concerns regarding fees.
Apostille Services
Apostille Services
- Our Electronic Apostille Coordination Service includes, your virtual notarization(s), submission to the State of Montana, and submission to the e-APP processor which takes the place of shipping. These start at $195.00
- Paper Apostille & Authentication Coordination Services: Prices will vary based on shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx) costs and speed, if any notarizations are required, submission to any required State, Federal agencies &/or embassies.
