Welcome to www.406NotaryService.com ("Site"), operated by DNM, LLC, doing business as 406 Notary Service ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided 406 Notary Service offers the following services:

• Remote Online Notarizations

• Mobile Notarizations within 60 miles of Sun Prairie, MT

• Document Printing

• Apostille Coordination Services

• Local Courier Services

• Wedding Officiant Services

• (Planned): Ink Fingerprinting and Permit Running

Some services may be performed using third-party platforms such as Pactima, Notarize/Proof, or other platforms as required.

2. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when scheduling services or submitting documents. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Payment Terms Payments may be processed through Stripe, Squareup (including CashApp via Squareup), PayPal, and Venmo. Full payment is required at or before the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Platform Use When accessing services through third-party platforms (e.g., Notarize, Pactima), you are also subject to those platforms' terms of use and privacy policies.

5. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services.

6. Changes to Services and Terms We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this Site.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
