I’m Michelle, and I am honored to help make your special day truly unforgettable. As an Ordained Minister and a Montana Notary Public, I have the legal authority to officiate your ceremony and ensure every detail of your union is official under Montana law. My services are inclusive and affirming for all couples—your love is truly welcome here.
What I love most is hearing your unique stories. From our first meeting, I am eager to learn about your journey together—how you met, what you cherish most, and the little things that make you smile. I take the time to truly understand your vision so I can craft a ceremony that feels personal, sincere, and heartfelt. Whether you choose to include your own custom vows or prefer a traditional service, I am here to help you start your "happily-ever-after" in the most meaningful way.
The Little Extras
The Little Extras
Rehearsal Fee: Included in the "Cherished Moments" package when requested.
Travel: Locations beyond 40 miles (one-way) from Sun Prairie/Great Falls incur a fee of $1.50 per round-trip mile.
Lodging: Travel beyond 100 miles requires lodging to be provided or reimbursed.
Ceremony Delays: To respect our schedule, ceremonies delayed more than 30 minutes incur a fee of $100 per hour (billed in 15-minute increments).
Holidays: A holiday surcharge applies for major holidays.
Unique Rituals: Unity rituals (sand, feet washing, etc.) are welcomed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Keepsake Certificates: A frameable souvenir certificate is included for free unless you choose to opt-out.

Payment & Reservation Terms
Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time.
Final Balance: Due no later than 30 days prior to the ceremony.
Cancellations: Full refund (minus retainer) is available if cancelled more than 30 days out. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 30 days.
Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment is due at the time of booking for events within 30 days.
Methods: We accept Cash, Venmo, or Secure Payment Link/Invoice.

Giant Springs State Park: Great place for an elopement or Sign n Go.
Gibson Park Garden: Has a beautiful stone arch & flower garden for a summer outdoor wedding.
Croxford Funeral Home: Especially handy if you want to include others that can't be there in person by using their Video feature.
Cascade County Courthouse: I have meet couples here, performed their ceremony on the Judges off days & they immediately filed their License afterwards.
Holiday Village Mall: When we have had inclement weather and the couples wanted to meet in a neutral location, I have done "Sign 'n' Go" ceremonies here.
