Michelle, our Wedding Officiant, is excited to help make your special day unforgettable. I am an Ordained Officiant by American Marriage Ministries and a Notary Public in the State of Montana. Both of which, by Montana law, allows me to legally Officiate your Ceremony.
What I love most about being a Wedding Officiant is getting to hear your unique stories. From the moment we meet, I’m eager to learn about your journey together—how you met, what you cherish most about each other, and the little things that make you smile. I take the time to truly understand you both, so I can craft a ceremony that feels personal and heartfelt. Whether you choose to include your own vows or not, I’m here to help you start your happily-ever-after in the most meaningful way.
To get started, please complete the inquiry form below and the Officiant will be in touch to schedule your Consultation appointment with both of you. I usually schedule these appointments in the evenings, if evenings do not work for both of you please let me know in the "Questions & Comments" section of the form and I will work with you both to find a time that will work for us all. This is appointment required before securing your date.
All Packages include:
An in-person or video consultation between the Officiant and the Couple.
The Officiant arriving to the Venue approximately 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time.
A Professionally officiated wedding ceremony.
The Officiant signing the marriage license & Keepsake Marriage Certificate.
Returning the License by the Officiant is by request. Montana law says that it must be returned within 30 days.

After getting married, you'll need specific documents to travel abroad, especially if you’re changing your name or traveling for your honeymoon. If any of them require notarization or Apostille Services, please contact us. Here's a list of key documents you may need to prepare:
Passport:
If your name has changed after marriage, you'll need to update your passport. The process usually involves submitting a certified copy of your marriage certificate along with your application.
Visa:
Depending on the country you're visiting, you may need a visa. Some countries require a visa application before arrival, while others may offer a visa on arrival.
Marriage Certificate:
Carry a certified copy of your marriage certificate, especially if your passport or other identification reflects your new name. It may be required for name verification or for certain legal procedures abroad.
Updated Government ID (If Applicable):
If you’ve changed your name, update your driver's license or other government-issued ID. Some countries may require a second form of identification.
Proof of Travel Insurance:
Some countries require proof of travel insurance. It's also a good idea to have coverage for any potential emergencies.
Flight Itinerary and Hotel Reservations:
Many countries ask for proof of onward travel and accommodation.
Health Documents (if required):
Check for any vaccine requirements, especially if you're traveling to countries with specific health concerns.
Make sure to check with the embassy or consulate of the destination country for any specific requirements.
